We can accept only exchanges for unworn pairs due to hygienic reasons. Sockwa are similar to underwear in this respect – you wear it directly on your skin which excretes sweat and by walking on the floor Sockwa are directly in contact with dirt. Due to these factors, general hygiene rules make accepting these worn pieces of footwear impossible.
To prevent this kind of an issue, please make sure that you try your Sockwa upon receipt of your order with socks and on completely clean surface.

THE ITEM/S YOU WISH TO RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE
ONCE THE RGA HAS BEEN ISSUED, THE CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON WHERE TO SEND THE RETURN. CUSTOMERS, IN THE EVENT OF FREE SHIPPING BEING PROVIDED ON THE ORIGINAL ORDER CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING THE ORDER BACK. IN THE EVENT THAT THE PRODUCT THE CUSTOMER HAS RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY THEN A PRE-PAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL WILL BE SENT TO THE CUSTOMER. THIS RGA THAT MUST BE PRINTED AND INCLUDED WITH THE SOCKWA THAT YOU ARE RETURNING. PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABELS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR SIZE EXCHANGES. WE STRONGLY URGE ALL CUSTOMERS PAST AND PRESENT TO USE THE MEASURING GUIDE THAT CAN BE FOUND ON SOCKWA.COM AND GENECOS.COM WEBSITES WHEN ORDERING.
WE GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS FROM INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS; HOWEVER, THESE CUSTOMERS MUST PAY FOR THE SHIPPING BACK TO SOCKWA.
*Partial refunds may be given if: the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Sorry, but International Customers must return the merchandise to Sockwa at their own expense.
