We accept returns, exchanges and refunds within 30 days
To complete your return, we require that you send an email to email@example.com with:
your order number
the item/s you wish to return/refund/exchange
reason for return/refund/exchange
Once the RGA has been issued, the customer will receive an email with a pre-paid return shipping label and an RGA that must be printed and included with the Sockwa that you are returning.
We gladly accept returns from International customers; however, these customers must pay for the shipping back to Sockwa.
*Partial refunds may be given if: the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Sorry, but International Customers must return the merchandise to Sockwa at their own expense.
