Sockwa Return Policy
We accept returns and refunds.
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require an email from you to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and which item you wish to return and why. You will receive confirmation from us within 24 hours that the RGA has been issued.
Once the RGA is issued, the customer will receive an email with the Return Shipping Label (Compliments of Sockwa) and an RGA that must be printed and included with the items that you are returning. International Customers must pay for the shipping back to Sockwa, unless they are part of the Tread Earth Lightly membership program. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery
Refunds (Our NEW preferred method)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 72 hours to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days from receipt of goods.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (we no longer process exchanges)
For fastest service, we recommend shipping the items back for a refund and placing a new order. You will receive the new item fast. We will no longer accept exchanges, as we strive for fastest customer service possible, and exchanges seem to hold up orders.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
